INTEGRATION environment & energy GmbH was founded in 1998, as an equal member of the INTEGRATION Consulting Group. Based in Gräfenberg (near Nuremberg), INTEGRATION e&e bundles the INTEGRATION Group’s expertise in the fields of environment and energy providing technical assistance and training, and carrying out consulting assignments in emerging markets and developing countries. Our clients include the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ), German Development Bank (KfW), InWENT - Capacity Building International, Asian Development Bank, European Commission, United Nations Industrial Development Organisation and other international financing agencies and donor organizations.
INTEGRATION e&e currently employs more than 20 specialised professionals in a range of disciplines to provide an integrated approach encompassing technical, economic, socio-cultural and gender-specific expertise. Specialists include biologists, environmental scientists, environmental and energy planners, engineers, economists, social scientists as well as geographers. Such specialists are based at INTEGRATION e&e’s headquarters in Gräfenberg and projects abroad (see contact). Furthermore we draw on experts from various networks and in a number of related disciplines. Many of them have gained much of their experience in INTEGRATION projects. A key for success is the INTEGRATION Group’s knowledge management and our intranet based Office Manager Software with latest tools and databases. Our personnel database has more than 4,000 entries worldwide enabling us to identify suitable experts at short notice. INTEGRATION e&e is registered in Bamberg as a Limited Liability Company, with equity of € 75,000, owned by the managing directors and private shareholders. Annual turnover in 2008 was over € 5 million. In the year 2000 INTEGRATION e&e was certified according to ISO 9000. |
