With support by the European Community, the Delegation of German Industry & Commerce Shanghai and Shanghai Green Industry Technology Promotion Centre designed a complete 1-year training course that supported companies to get fit for the European markets as well as to enter into business relations with European Companies.
INTEGRATION designed and implemented the following parts of this training program:
Module Project Management
The objective of this module was to prepare and conduct a three-day training
course on project management. The training aimed at the participants of
the companies and enabled them to use modern project management tools
to improve the efficiency of the companies’ activities. The training
focused on planning, coordination, control activities and readjustment
of the planning in case of deviations.
Module Cleaner Production
The objective of this module was to prepare and conduct the training course
on Cleaner Production (Part 1 and Part 2). During Part I, the overall
knowledge, the objectives of CP and an introduction to the methodology
of a CP assessment was trained with all participants. In part 2 of the
training, a CP-audit was carried out in the Shanghai SMART Printing &
Dyeing Co. Ltd.
Activities included:
- Overview and pre-assessment of the company site and organisation of the audit group,
- Formulation of the audit-scheme,
- On-site inspection, material/ waste/ water/ energy/ emission balance, technical and processing review,
- Description of findings and of proposed CP-measures,
- Feasibility analysis (environment, costs, organisation),
- Presentation and discussion of all findings and proposals with all
participants.
